The first one you sent was koo, but guys named Stealthmode don't wear white shirts.

Random pricing comes from the actual amount of material used, time factors are also a consideration. Something easy like a hmt logo takes 5 minutes and requires minimum material. Something like the holset takes a good 30 minutes, and takes a ---- load of vinyl.
