its ******* like the CCPOA that have alot of weight in congress and lobby congressmen to throw out anything that would in anyway shape or form lower the number of prisoners..
california prisons cost i think 8 billion a year to run.. and thease ******* lobby against dropping laws like the three strikes law.. which should have been dropped a VERY long ------- time ago.. very retarded..
my opinion is they should legalize drugs for personal use...
meaning if someone is doing it alone then its ok..
but if two people are doing it.. or a party full of it.. or anyone caught with more than personal use should go to jail..
all others should get slapped with a minor fine..
