Is it ok to undertorque rod bolts becuase you used NAPA rod bearings that were completely off spec?

Also, is it ok to rebuild a motor while there's still a chunk of piston melted to the wall and after 10 minutes of honing the ---- out of it just say ---- it and pretend its not there. :P

Since I only fucked up one cylinder I took one used piston from my buddy's GSR and just put that in. Since the walls were slightly egged it was a tight fit and that cylinder has about 4 psi higher compression than the others so its all good.

Head gasket was reused of couse

I only had LS rings so I used them so there was no need to file any ringgaps.

Suprisingly the car is still running strong to this day.

When i sold my rx7 it had a blown coolant seal(like a head gasket) i just threw 4 bottles of that block weld ---- in it and sold it, said it needed a tune up
