turn your computer on, put teh XP disk in, restart teh computer, "format hard drive" then install windows all over again with a clean slate. its that simple. DONt register windows!

In my boot up screen or whatever there was a thing that said pressf-whatever to reformat. and I did and it got rid of all my spyware and didn't even erase my music and ----.
It was rad
