wal-mart has printable iron on transfer paper. just throw it in ur printer, let it dry, cut it out, and iron it on. I've got a couple t-shirts i did a few years ago that still look decent. Mine say OMGHI2U, /YOURSELF, OP->RP=WIN, Less Talk, More Axe, with a pic of a FF holding an axe, and a cutaway of s D16 i scanned out of a service manual. Custom t-shirts are the ----.

there's the shirt I made with the iron-ons, it's holding up good for being 2-3 years old, and I wear it at least once a week. It kinda has a vintage look to it.
