Default I need HMT's help... computer/internet saavy

Ok, so I'm a retard. I sent $500 via paypal to the wrong person. I sent it to GregRatliff@yahoo.com, when I was apparently supposed to send it to GreggRatliff@yahoo.com. I don't know what the ---- kind of luck it takes for there to be 2 greg ratliffs, both of which have paypal accounts and have yahoo email addresses. But to make a long story short, paypal claims the only thing they can do is send a request to Greg (1 g) that he send the money back to me. So now I wait. I need you intraweb clever folks to get me contact, or any information you can on Greg Ratliff of GregRatliff@yahoo.com (the 1-g greg). Any help is greatly appreciated, and I will paypal $5 for the location of the right person and another $5 if it aides me in getting my ------- money back.

Cliffnotes: Who the ---- is Greg Ratliff, where does he live, and what is his phone number? I pay you cash for info.

No need to harass the guy, as he isn't trying to ---- me over yet, he probably doesn't even know he has the money yet. Hell, what if he doesn't even use that email anymore? I need this guys phone number, and his address to tell him it over the fone, just so he knows i'm not ------- around about getting my money back.

Thanks in advance :1 :1 :1 :1 help a out

did he accept the payment yet? Can't you have paypal cancel the transaction if he hasn't picked it up yet? If not that's shitty.

You can cancel it if the person hasn't claimed it and does not have email address linked to paypal.

Oxford would be well-served to look to Clinton as a model of what not to do in the name of "progress". While a commute may be cut from 10 minutes to five due to a new and/or wider road, it is never a win-win situation for everybody involved, including the city. Families have to be displaced, houses are demolished, childhood memories can only be revisited in the mind or in pictures, trees and sceneries are replaced with saplings and new coats of paint and asphalt, and last but not least, the "small town" atmosphere that people don't think they will miss is usually destroyed and cheapened. Is five minutes always really worth it?
