trust me i've been though a devorice you need to keep all the e-mails, text messages and vioce mails of her being crazy. you need need need too......... i cant express that enuff so you can prove that she is an unfit mother and wife and you can get full custody of your son

When my parents got divorced all 3 of us were given to my father has my mother was found to be unstable enough to raise us,which well was has true has it gets. Let the courts do the work and once you have all the official documents your suppose to see him every weekend etc and she pulls this crap she is digging herself a hole. Good Luck be honest and try to keep the nonsesnse away from your son but Ill promise MOM is already trying to do some mind games that what my MOM use to do to me has I kid. It was lame by the time I was about 12 reality hit me in the face in that she was a ------ ----. My opinion still stands.

the best thing would be to keep it out of court. see if you 2 can come up with an agreement out of court through mediation. both of you should have lawyers present to make sure thing go as smooth as possible.
