this is the "i made it thread"
im here ------s. LONG as ---- plane ride, and with going though the intl. date line, we lost a day, so that really throws ---- off. like right now, its 5
5am wed. now, in the states its still tuesday afternoon/late afternoon.
whats this place like? well, I have only been a few blocks in one area, but its pretty cool. kinda cluttered, lots of ---- in a small place.
the cars...EVERYTHING is turbo. it seems like every other car says turbo on it. skylines run around here like escorts in the states. lots of motorcycles/mopeds, and they ride with no rules. so at a stoplight they just take off right up the traffic. hondas are few and far between. i have seen lots more mazdas, nissans, toyotas than anything. no one washes there cars. WTF. the most bad *** car i seen so far...the nismo racing edition skyline in the dark blue color. there was a STI that went by also, that that thing sounded mean as hell.
im pretty culture shocked right now, but im sure it will wear off when i can get out and roam around a little, and finally get my house. we are in a motel right now. the beach is beautiful as hell. 75% of everything is in engish. most places have japanese writing on everything but at the bottom it says "we speak english" which i expected.
here are a few pictures from flyin in. like I said, ive only been a few blocks, so im sure the entire island doesnt look like this. im gonna take more pictures today. i was only out for aobut 3 hours yesterday.
ooo yeha, a tsunaumi is on its way. they have 4 levels of threat, 4 beaing no threat, 1 being during the tsunaumi, we are on level 3. on level 2, everything gets shut down. that should be fun.

mcdonalds doesn't taste right over there. you'll see if you havn't already. its pretty tight thou. you gonna check out some sick-azz old castles and ----
