your bro in law needs to learn how to drive then. Stock with only 16psi of boost those things run 13.9's all day long. I suppose unless the elevation he's at is high then thats the only excuse.
Anyways I dont care what anyone says about the srt-4, that neon is no joke. It handles well, its fast and its not overly expensive....its bout time someone did it right

Honestly... gay as I think Neons are.. for the money you pay the SRT-4 has a hell of a fun:$ ratio. The seats are great, the stock boost guage is a cool touch. If my credit wasnt the suck I might consider selling my two EG's and buying one
