I'm not trying to make enemies here or trying to trash anyones name. I realize people have problems and there are delays. I do not understand why lies have to be tossed around about where the pan is. If it shipped, it shipped. If it didn't, it didn't. Not yeah, but I don't have the tracking number and then all of the sudden it hasn't been shipped, yada yada yada. The truth and a simple refund will end all of this.

I file with my police dept. first and they then file the case with yours. So really its all my police dept. and they do care especially when I know half of them.

I am in no way related to this problem or know any of you, but it seems to me that Kvh is a true ***. You sound like the type of bitch who nags constantly and never shuts the ---- up. If i were josh i would purposly take forever shipping that pan out just to **** you off. It also sounds like josh nows most all the important people on this forum. I would be carefull about what you say, because you cant go to the cops after you get kicked off this forum.

My experience with him was great. I was going to trade a greddy EBC to him for some 450's and other stuff. Somewhere along the trade we both had a little misunderstanding of what we were trading. At the time he had given me a 30 dollar deposit. After we both figured out that the trade wasn't what we both wanted... he even let me keep the 30 bucks for nothing! (i really needed it too). He seems like a great guy to me. Thanks again Josh.

You never did answer the question of how long its been. If I were you I probably wouldn't want the oil pan now becuase you probably pissed him off so much that he's probably going to take a dump in it before he ships it to you.
