I simply asked for my money back after being given the run around several times and now he does not respond and blocks me from AIM. I know he is currently doing this to another member of this board as well. The cops have been called and unless I get my money back in full there will be criminal charges filed against him. dude, i told you it would get straightened out. i talked to him today and he said he shipped your oil pan, he also shipped my stuff and gave me a tracking number. he also gave me some extra stuff.

I just talked to him on AIM and he said it did not go out and he then blocked me on AIM

He's a stand up guy, and I'm sure he has more to do than wait hand and foot on your PMs. Not to mention he's been a member AND has a better rep than you do on the sight that you're currently bitching on. look, i don't know what his problem was, but when i talked to him, he was really pissed off about something, and i just told him "look, if you haven't sent it don't lie about, and just send it right away please" he admitted to not sending it when he first said he did, but later he got back up with me and gave me the tracking number. i'm sure he sent your stuff, he was prolly just pissed and wanted to blow you off.

i simply asked him if he had the tracking # and he said it did not go out. This was about 10 minutes ago. Obviously this person is a compulsive liar and I'm not going to get ripped off by some 18 yr. old kid.

25 if that really matters. This isn't the first time he has had problems with his "selling." I've talked to people privately and know whats happened to them. And yes, the cops do get involved if you know what you're doing. I know someone who had the cops knocking on their door because they tried to take somone for their money. If you do not either send the merchandise paid for or a full refund, (the cops do check with the buyer to make sure this is done) then criminal charges will be filed and a criminal case will be brought against you. People think that the cops don't do anything in these situations, but the really do.
