Well Had a nice little slide on some black ice almost 2 months ago finally got my Mazda back about a week ago and the ******* didn't even fix it right...There is a nice rubbing/grinding noise when I turn slightly to the right and it pulled hard to the right at speeds over 40, they took it back and said it was a wheel bearing and replaced it, I got it back this weekend and it still makes the noise, dosen't really pull as much, what do you guys think? My friend said it may be an axle and I'm thinking he is right..Its an 03 Mazdaspeed protege, I was going around a corner to the left and the back end started to slide around I went off the right side of the road and the drivers side hit first bent drivers rear suspension and rim, that was the extent of the damage other then cosmetics but I wonder what got messed up up front, you guys have any ideas? Anyone want to buy my car?

my friend got t-boned in a 99 civic si and now his tires rub against the fender. its on stock springs so i don't know what the problem is, its like all the parts suddenly got longer and now his wheel sticks out. this isn't ashton, is it?

ill give you $2000 for it.

go get an alighnment and get a print out of the specs. Replace bent parts and have the bent unibody pulled at a body shop. Simple isn't it :P

I do need new tires that was part of the reason I slide, I was getting snow tire o steelies that weekend but then... Nothing in the front body wise was bend, when i checked over it after i got it back nothing seemed to rub either,

$2000? ha ha thats funny the cheap protege sells for about 6K-8K This car was also a limited production only made in 03 and 03.5 and only made about 3,500 I think between US and Canada nice sporty car just i'd rather drive a 92-95 hatch

Car was repaird professionly all bent parts supposedly replaced unibody fixed and had a 4 wheel alignment, still has problems, seeing if anyone has any ideas so i don't have to be without this car any longer and so I can selling cause I want to get back to honda only, did you read my post?

I'm just kidding, there has to be something messed up in there they thought was fine but it is still bend or out of position. If you paid for the work take it back in an let them drive the car or show them what's going on.

Yea its a mazdaspeed and yea this is gonna be the second time i have to take it back and I really wish i could tell them what to fix thats why i was just looking for suggestions here, I am taking it back no questions about that just trying to cut back on its down time and yea I'm not really happy with the mazda engineers in general before this happened
