Onyx your a little late on that one.Thats what started that "heated discussion" on my disneyland post(By the way sorry bout those comments towards you).
But yeah thats another screwy Calli/Gray Davis law.All he was trying to do was enable illigals to vote.For him that is.But the thing is that since most illegals work for about minnimum wage now they cant register there cars.Thats funny.I thought there was a catch to that one!
