the lesson learned here today is, ---- ebay, ---- it right in its ear. just got my first negative feedback because i sent a money order and it supposedly never got there. the guy wouldn't wait for me to trace it before leaving bad feedback. hmmm, i smell a rat. that's okay though because, if he stole it i will try to have him kicked off, and if i get my refund, i'm definitely not ssending him a damn thang now.

A refund? With a money order? I doubt it. Ebay is ---- when it comes to that. If you sent him a money order and he says he never got it, you can't do a damn thing. Ebay sucks when it comes to controlling frauds. I hope it wasn't for too much money. File fraud charges on him and leave him negative feedback. Email people bidding on his auctions warning them of his shady ways. Be careful who you buy from on ebay. Check feedback.

You should send bank check or money order through certified mail with a return receipt. Then the lying bastard cannot deny not receiving the bank check or money order. Personal check can be send through regular mail because you will have a record of it in your bank statement. Otherwise PayPal is fine. I am just too cheap to pay the fees.

if you have the receipt/stub from the moneyorder you can check and see if it was cashed as well. if it hasn't you can stop payment and get your money back too less a fee.
