ok I didnt run it high enough rpms to overspool but why would it smoke white? and is it gonna do the same thing with charge pipe all hooked up and when Im driving?

Cut the oil to the turbo and start er up. See if the smoke burns off after a couple minutes. If so, put the oil back to the turbo with some type of restrictor, giving it the bare minimum to survive.
