Ahh, a month? I've been waiting 2.5month from some ******* on ebay for my chip burner. Finally after sending him 2 emails a day from 3 different acounts he answering back saying he forgot to ship it 2x now!

WHAT THE ----? I'd have filed the complaint by 2nd week if no Product or Communication from the seller. People selling on e-GAY is supposed to have that ---- ready to send out within the week, then takes at most 1 week to arrive on the slowest delivery option (which is ground).

I dunno, maybe there's a spEcial circumstance why you didnt file..

Ya, I am pissed off at myself for this, but 3 day after it was supposed to be in I email him asking why it was't here, then he sent it again(supposedly) I wait the other 14days shipping I paid for (Damn Hong Kong Shipping) and 3 days after that, nothing, I emailed. No response, and by this time too late to file with paypal ( I thought it was 60 day, but only 45
