wife as in a serious annoying girlfriend...i'm only 19-but yea i don't really care about her being in them and i didn't even realize that til after the fact. I don't wanna get ebay involved i just kinda want to ---- this guy over for making up a complete bullshit story to swindle me out of $100 because the AC wasn't charged.

Yeah you sign the pink and it's not yours, BUT until they submit the pink it's still in your name. What you need to do is let the DMV know that you sold it to him. What I see him doing is buying the car from you, leaving the 'buyer' part blank, and selling it to someone else as if he were you. Go to the DMV and tell them you sold it to so and so (i believe they should have forms) that way he will be linked to the car and he will have to fill out a bill of sale to release it to someone else.



HOLY ---- I JUST REMEMBERED SOMETHING, go apply for a duplicate title because it was 'lost' that would ---- him good

Not to be mean or anything but i dont think he really doing anything wrong. He gave you money for the car and now its his. But if your worried about you wife pic on there ask him to put it down. But why would you post that on that net anyways?
