haaa thanks doc....I'm not even mad at the auction, i'm pissed that he made up this whole story about what he was doing with the car. I even wrote him an email last week asking if he liked it and he said yea it rides great but we havn't gotten a chance to register it.

dude just upload pictures of gay **** with the same file name.. and his ebay auction would just be gay **** insted of pictures of the bmw. that is your account that the images are hosted on isint it?

I don't see a problem. Maybe he did buy it for his nephew, but something happened. 
The most it seems is that he lied about the motor work. Or he claimed the motor work you did was his work.

oh well i belive once he bought your car, it became HIS car and he can do anything to it.
as of the pic, do what they said and upload whatever to ---- it up. if you still have the recipe for thw motro swap, e-mail the bidders and tell them to ask for the recipe.

With an Ebay name like "e-motors" I think he was buying the car just to resell it.
Yeah it would **** me off too but there's not much you can do about it. Except send a nice e-mail and an attachment of your original auction to the highest bidder so he won't go through with the transaction
