Default I cannot stand ignorant people *rant w/ turbos involved*

I am a senior in high school and the only thing I've learned from my experiences at high school is that; High school is a primary breeding ground of ignorance.

I was sitting in my bullshit computer class minding my own business. I was checking up on turbochargers and pricings when a guy behind me states "You know a leaf blower would be a cheap turbo."

Right before the words of defeat slipped from my maw a loud mouth *wanna be* know-it-all in front of me spews this ---- out of his mouth, "I thought of that a year or two ago, and I have concluded it would have worked. We almost did it to my friend's jeep, but we got lazy."

At this point and time I was taken back by the desires of unleashing a devistating axe kick to the back of each of their unsuspecting necks. It's not like they needed it for anything. They trasmit stupid thoughts from the brain to the body to carry out mundaine, and equally stupid tasks with their bodies. And with that kind of functionality of mobility they can ------ their stupidty to the other sponges of dumbassery around my school.

I make mention of the fact that it could not be considered a turbocharger due to the way it would worked, nor would it be a super charger. Also I make mention that it might work for the first few RMPs, but eventually it would be phased out by the greater air flow and essentually get in the way of incoming air. There is no way it could ever work on an engine for long. They contest me and try to tell me that they have 'seen it done before.' I tell them about the boat-superchargers and tell its the exact same thing. They contest to say that it will still work.. I tell them again how it doesn't work and explain nicely that it is futile to even bother doing trying it. Then... then... this gem leaked from the ***'s mouth.

"What your going for when 'in boost' is for PSI, not for volume. You want the most PSI with the least volume possible."

I asked my closest friend to stab me. I didn't want to think upon this subject anymore, not with these morons around. Through Povlovian sequences they were conditioning me to hate the one thing I love so much, cars and modifying them. I would hate to think about my love of cars and have their bullshit spring into my head. Normally they just rant on about cars and what they want to do to them like rims and lights and ----... but this tipped the scale.

I hate stupid people, and every day... every ------- day I am surrounded by people who are ignorant and refuse to learn, or even attempt to educate themselves to better themselves. It's not that they have to know exactly how a turbocharger works. I'm fairly sure a majority of people do not have a clue, but at least be open to the idea of listening to people and accounting their idea's in conjuction with your own.

Ignorance is bliss. It's such a paradox. The ignorant are only blissful when they do not known they're ignorant. When they they become awear of their situation, they become less ignorant thust non-blissful. Funny how it works. I hate trying to convince people who are stubborn otherwise, but why should I? If they're not going to accept anybody elses explainations for things then its futile.

volumeless presure.. presurized nothingness. it creates a black hole in wich improbable things can happen. once vtec kicks it alters all known laws of physics. the displacement of the engine becomes infinante the hondas power output becomes infinante and you are unstopable. id show you guys how it works but you dont have a dyno to measure it plus all the vacume created bends all the light and will crush you. so just trust me on that one

Understandable. Volume so dense it collaspses in on itself, thus creating a rift in space... and on top of that... vtec... *calls up Honda* I'll never lose again!

I know its life... I just don't enjoy it. Ironically the easiest way to get around ignorance is to ignore it youself... haha boy thats kickass. Become what you hate.

even worse story ive got for you. so today i was in pet(power energy and trasportation) and im making a rubberband car that looks like a crx. So in my drawings i made some thumbnail sketchs of it and some dimension drawings and last i made a 3-d sketch in which i drew the manifold on the engine conneceted to a turbo then the charge pipes etc. so when i attempt to turn it in he prompts me with the question of what is in the engine bay that i have drawn(him supposedly being very educated when it comes to cars and means of transportation) so i tell him that it is a turbocharger and he tells me "no you know i dont think that you can turbo charge a honda there's not enough room" i reply with yes you can and he says well i would really like to see it done. I practically wanted to ask him up front what school he had gone to and what dip ---- told him that it wasnt possible to boost a honda.

***cliff notes****my teachers a dip ---- and claims you cannot boost a honda***

Cliff notes are the title buddy. Its just a rant.

Who the hell employs these dumb ***** that tell you you cannnot turbocharge a Honda. Print him the pictures of the stock VVT Honda. I forgot the engine code. You could find a thousand Honda turbos to show him on the web. Pick and choose. :P What a dumb ----.

Let's pump up the volume...

It's all about air mass, how much mass you can cram into the cylinder with as little pumping energy as possible.
