Default I´m sorry but i have to ask it again

I there. I´m from portugal anda i have a civic hatch 92 1.5Lsi with a d15b2 Dual Point(ractive complete exhaust system and CAI). The engine himself is stock. Now I got two turbos..one from a Fiat Uno turbo mk2 and the other from a Lancia Thema turbo 16v (both Garrett) and i want to put one of them in my engine, but i dont know wich is better. The only thing i know is that i can use the stock header...i look for two hours in the forum but i coul not find what i was looking foor. What i need is some list or faq of all the materials needed to assembly the turbo in my engine and what compression rate and boost preasaure should i use. I now that isn´t the first time that you´re asked this question but i could not find it here ate the forum. I woul thank you very much if you could help me. THANK YOU.(sorry for the bad english). :P

look at the Turbo Projects and you can look at the parts lists and you can use the Search button on top.
As for those 2 turbo's .... what type or they?
GT20? etc etc...

How wel can you read english cause there are a few books I would reccomend you reading to further your knowledge on turbos..
Such as Maximum Boost by corky bell.. search amazon.com its will become your best friend. As far as the turbo part you need check the setups as previously stated.
