My doctor actually told me what he does it he wont eat for 5 days... he takes this stuff 5 times a day, it has enough calories to fill you up.. and he drinks nothing but water. Cleans him out like no other, and he says he does this twice a year. I don't think I'd go that drastic but he said it still wouldnt be a bad idea to go for a couple weeks on it. Just don't eat junk food while you're doing it.

LOL now i think about it, i think my mom might have tried that ---- back then. i don`t recall her saying anythign about ---- out weired stuff but i do remember she have to ---- a lot.
