If you have an attorney... No problem. But, you still are out the money for hiring him.

Aleast it doesn't go on your record this way.

Hell no. The courts suck out here. I don't even think an attorney is an option. I could have gone to driving school, but I have already done that within the last 2 years, so I can't go again.

I think I might just go to court in my work clothes all looking important and ---- so the judge knows I'm not the typical piece of ---- that he runs into everyday. I'll be all respectful "Yes sir, no sir. I know I was speeding sir, but my wife was having a baby and I had to rush home to take her to the hospital.....sir"

yeah i like to go out and **** people off occasionally, but the other day this guy was just begging for it. Im sitting at this light crossing a busy busy road and some sick old ----------er is sitting at the light... its already turned green on my side and then yellow and im still waiting for this sick ---- to turn, hes just trying to **** everybody off by taking his turn REALLY ------- SLOW, so when he finally rolls by me doing literally 5mph i roll down the window in 0'F and proceed to take both hands and flip him off shouting expletives. I was 2 seconds away from following this ****** and pissing him off but i was late for dinner...

too ad it's winter, I bet that ------- ---- in the BMW was some ------- snowbird from minnesota who trailered his ---- out to havasu. too bad he didn't hit you, it would have been cool if your bike went through his windshield. what bar do you go to in the winter? some of them are ------- dead 'bout now.

"Some" of the bars are dead about now? More like all of them. Mad Dogs is decent, but it sucks when you see the same old people in there and all the bar ***** are old news and you've already had sex with them. I go to this little white trash bar called "Desert Martini" just up the road from Mad Dogs. It's white trash as hell, but the waitress's are cool and if you get in a fight they just ask you to leave instead of calling the cops. You can come back the next night. I didn't feel like going there tonight so it looks like I'm at home for the night now. I'm kinda glad because the way things were going I would have ended up in jail or something. Tomorrow is a new day.

Damn, Doc... that must be the shittiest day ever. Glad it's not me. Just kidding, but when you go to court, just be respectful and honest. I got pulled over and fined not too long ago for 65 in a 30. I brought it to court and was honest and the judge dropped the fine down to $200 and he dropped another violation i had given to me.
