Do the type of onions matter? White, yellow, Yakima sweet?

onions are onions, cheap *** onions will juist make your eyes water more. you can use red, sweet, white, yellow, green, wahtever the ---- you wanna use. i used el-cheapo yellows, the small ones. potatoes were half russet, half yukon gold (yukons have a buttery taste already present in the potato)

pasta was rotini, half and half with tri-color rotini.

With all these Chefs around I think there should be a NEW section in the fourm

Cooking with HMT, over the past years i've been here there have been alot of good recipes with *** kickin tastes for the soul and mind
and most of all their cheap and easy to do. I myself make a excel. pot of Green Chili!!!

So whatca think HMT, do we need a pole for this HMT= cheap & easy cooking 101
