a little over 100k, about 30k which is only medical bills from when i had to get surgery when i was younger and didn't have medical insurance, but i've got about 60k in equity in my home, so if i sold my house, that would knock 60k off of my total debt (how much i still owe on the house), plus put 60k in my pocket with which i could pay off all my other debts and still have 30k in my pocket, so technically, all i have to do is sell my home to get completely out of debt and have enough money for a down payment on a 200k house, and the longer i wait, the higher it will sell for, so actually i'm sitting pretty

My wife and I are probably in for about $75K-$80k. That includes what we owe on our house, her car and a couple of credit cards. She has some stock in her job that could wipe out most if not all of that debt if bad comes to worse.

200k can get you a pretty nice 2 story, 2 car garage, 3 bedroom 2 bath home where i live, but the next house i buy will be in jax, fl where i'll only be able to get a 3 bedroom 2 bath, single car garage single story, your 'average american home' type of deal, oh well, maybe 10 years down the road i'll be able to get a 300k + home.

i owe 2,400.13 to some *** hole in a brand new dakota. that i scratched when i totald my integra. he slamed on his anti lock breaks because of some ------- ducks. and i slid off in to an enbankment my tail light flew out and hit the side of his truck and scrached it. OMfingG that went to colections ok and 315. to my dad but i dont have a job and i dont realy want a job so i should have it all paid off by the time im 40 or so
