perhaps it depends on locations, but my buddy is looking into getting one done. He says it'll be realyy nice, or 40k. We are in socal.

lol i think it would be, it's a pretty big plot of land. Much bigger than the typical land per house here in this city. Would be worth more, but his pad is in the hood.

my friend had two and a half car built but four extra feet deep with the concrete, no drywall, one power outlet, one light on window one door, siding for less than 10. thats not with any kind of hook up. 50 - 100 grand is the stupidest ------- thing ive ever heard. maybe if it had a heated floor, a lift, AC, a paint booth, skylights, a second floor, and secret dead hooker storage

Ya so cal is out of control even the inland empire jeez. Oh and white people dont do labor in southern cali thats why there are mexicans
