i dont have a house, im only 19... but ive been looking into all of that stuff. houses in MA are ------ stupid expensive, and u dont get much. theres some shitty areas, with shitty houses, which i guess could be "affordable" if u like your house robbed and ---- lol. kinda blows. i would need to save my ***** off now, or move south

same here, i've dropped some loot at home depot in the past month :P as far as wanting a bigger garage, just take out a home equity loan and build out back, this will also increase the value of the house, so it all evens out
Im an Architect, and I must tell you that increasing the footprint of your home without proper permiting is a bad idea (unless you live in an area where this kind of thing doesnt matter, usually rural areas far away from city administration).....
Unless you wanted to hire me! Then you can have a Homemade Garage! Anyone need any plans for garage stuff or building footprints I'll hook you up Cheap cheap!
