How many guys? 12 or 13? Where does the extra guy come from???
This is driving me nuts. If I stare at this any longer I might go blind. What the ---- is going on here?

watch the lower left, the guy when he gets the top part of his hair chopped off. That guy equals 2 guys after teh switch, because the way they position the other half. Technically hes not complete

Huh? That does't make sense to me. 
I counted 12 heads/pairs of feet, then I counted 13 heads/pairs of feet.

There are 12 FULL BODIES. When it switches and makes 13 guys, there's two of them where their feet are not whole, and one guy with part of his head missing. So, I'd say there's only 12.
