w00t! my claim to fame has come!

I'm in the process of getting the materials together for this project. I'm trying to find a shop in my area to cut the tubes for the collector.

I would think that this design would bottle neck the exhaust gases through that opening. To elleviate this, after you have the above manifold done, take 2-3 mms off of the bottom of each tube to make its opening larger in order to match your turbo flange.

QUESTION:
At the bottom of each tube. Your roughly ending the cut in the center of the tube correct?

it is a bitch to cut these unless you have a good band saaw that you rails and ---- on....

but you can pretty much do it with a grinder or something and then just lay a fatty weld over it...

weld that ---- as hot as you can and dont make it look like bird ----.

I have another question. How long are these tubes initially suppose to be? like somewhere in the range of 5-9 inches? Anyone have an exact number?
