meh.. im ------- bored.. the buggy is ------- awesome.. i tried to jump my car.. and it hit the roof.. im gonna fine tune 2nd gear tomorrow.. and lean it up a bit.. cause its running too rich.. and it should clear the car no problem

I've done this many times and works like a charm. This is an easy way to get the updatest for a VE copy of a MS OS.

There's a little write up. The best that I could see being that I am proxied at work from most useful sites.

Basically you go to the windows update page. Before you click on "express" or "custom" all you have to do is tools->manage add ons->DISABLE "Windows Genuine Advantage"
Once it's disabled click on custom or express and you should get your updates.

The only reason I can fathom why MS made it so easy is because if you do have a legit copy and you still can't get the updates they'll have an easy way to fix your problem so you can get the updates.

Let me know how it goes. I would have had a better post with a better writeup but I am limited to what I can do at work.
