Question the value of anything thats stressing you or controlling your life compared to the value of not being stressed.
I've never really been stressed about anything, it's not worth letting anything get to you.

Re: How do you handle stress?
I like going to the shooting range when I'm stressed.
I get the same headache (up the neck and on the back of the head) from time to time. My neighbor is a chiropractor and he's adjusted and fixed my neck/headache so many times, that I can do it myself now. I'll give you a rundown on how it's done and see if you can hook yourself up.
Hold your head up in the position you would if you were trying to have great posture. Chin just slightly upward of parrallel to the floor. Take the 3 middle fingers on your right hand and put them to the right side of your spine and give it a little pressure on the side of the spine at a 45 degree angle. 50% pushing to the left, and 50% pushing toward your front side. With your left hand, grab your chin and and spin your head to 10 o'clock. (Up and to the left). With the pressures on the head spinning and the 3 fingers on the spine, it should crack and relieve most headaches associated with neck pain.
For the other side, just repeat. Whatever side you're pressuring with your fingers, your head should be turning the opposite side of. Fingers left/Head right Fingers Right/Head to the left.
Booya.

Re: How do you handle stress?
I have some amount of stress in my life but it doesn't really cause me any physical ailments...I usually just try to get INTO my job and not think about what's botherin' me...I did used to get sick at my stomach though, when I was real nervous(could that be considered stress?)...ppl are sayin' to try and smoke some reefer, but then you have to worry about the cops bustin' u when ur ridin' around with it, or losing your job because of it, reefer caused me more stress than it helped with, BUT you couldn't have told me that when I was smokin'...
