yeah i believe its 1/8 angle, it wobbles just a little, but under acceleration, you shouldn't be looking at your screen so it's not a big deal. it just depends on how well you make it, you'll be able to find ways to make it better

Made mine with a flat platform of aluminum with a bent edge on it, a strap acroos to hold the laptop down, the a 1" square tube to the floor, 90deg turn under the seat where the 1"Sq slides into a 1.25 square tube. I'll post pic if I ever get to it. Nice part is it slide in and out of the car in about 2 sec. and when it's not there you see no mounting bracket or anything.
