So, let me see if I get this straight. You've set yourself up as a good-two-shoes type who has no life of his own, allowing him to work all the time, who lacks the backbone to say no to extra shifts even if he doesn't want them. Seriously. People like you get worked into the ground and never get any respect. You pop attitude and you'll just get fired. Nobody likes you there and the only reason they kept you on this long is that you're a chump and you clean a good toilet.


Now, reread all of that without your ego. Reread it a third time with your sense of humor. You've got a ---- job, why lose sleep over being asked to do ---- work? Get a little more Zen about ----, stop carrying a ---- job home with you at the end of the day, and look forward to doing a little better with future employment.

Look, I'm not the fucken sandwich maker here. There's nothing wrong with Mexican workers, as long as they're supposed to be here. Taking a shitty job like yours in the American free market and opening it up to people from the 3rd world isn't a free market, it's you never having a chance to have the shitty job that you complain about today.

If you don't like your job, quit. Nobody cares if you get pissed off at a guy who owns you and told you to do something. Go get pissed off in the unemployment line. HMT can't help you.

Personally, i have found that going out of my way and doing things outside of my job description and doing them well have always brought me things like advancement opportunities and pay increases, this is usually caused by giving my boss the impression that i am motivated and get things done, rather than being anouther person that just shows up and collects a paycheck.

Then again thats just me, but as said above you have a ---- job and it doesn't really matter, but i think you should just tell your boss whats on your mind.

Go see a doctor, a therapist, psychologist....whichever one treats this kind of thing.

They'll either:

A.) Give you cool medication
B.) Send you to anger management classes
C.) Laugh at you

Or....all of the above.

My suggestion, however, is to go back to school and get a degree so that you're not doing bitch work like this all the time. Think about it, your pay/salary will be a lot higher with a degree, and any intelligent employer will not want to put you on bitch work that somebody with lower pay could handle. Or...you could get a business management degree and take your boss' job, or maybe even his boss' job and tell him to go outside and pull some weeds.

In fact I bet that's exactly what happened, his boss said bitch go pull weeds and he wasn't trying to hear that so he got your *** to do it.

I put in my 2 weeks notice a couple days ago at my job.. Tonight the boss asked me to "scrub the sidewalk with a sponge" Because some of the trashcan ---- leaked on to it.. I looked at him and said "On my hands and knees? You're ------- retarded."

Still got a job too.

Calm yourself down by stop asking "why"...once you start asking then all sort of bull ---- happens. Theres really nothing to lose as long as it does not happend everyday. Think about how life is too short to be angry over useless/meaning less ----/people and everything will be much easier and you will live much much happier.

Of course there ARE times that you have to stand up for yourself, but you gotta look at the entire picture and see if it is worth the risk or not....... be your own judge (Judy) lol

I have to disagree with this. The top 10 of my high school class have served me my after work cocktails for the entire summer. ---- them. B students manage A students. All day everyday. The better well rounded person who has more people skills and can carry a conversation with Helen Keller will get paid more, bottom line.
