Texas Pete is some good stuff. That Red Roosater looks good too but I've never had it. I'll give it a shot sometime judging by everyones opinions.

Is wasabi really considered "hot sauce" though?

I LOVE wasabi. I eat sushi at least once a week, sometimes more. I love it when you take a big bite and the pain is so intense that your eyes water and your ears hurt! LOL. Then ten seconds later it's gone. Whew....

It's nice that wasabi wears off so fast. If it stuck around like Korean or Mexican spice does you would probably die from it.
