sounds liek your friend didnt prep the block weell enough. block prep is the key to sucess.

it eliminates cyl flex. no flex equals no cracks.

How much is that block filler? Can you pick it up at a local auto store? I'm just curious how WELL it works. Oh yea, Good luck on 400whp. Your still mean.

well apparently it works pretty damn well. i mean beau did run 32 psi on a block just like this, with nasty timing advance, so i would say it will take 20-25 psi from a smalle turbo all day long.

For all the people saying they're going to do this, it's not exactly a "street car" mod. You might have overheating issues if you do this to your daily driver.
