if in not mistaken sea water also has high phosphuros levels too which addes in electolysis, this is why there are lead bars on crab pot and they get hot actuallly

That doesn't' have anything to do with the electrolysis of pure salt water. Anything that turns the water into more of an electrolyte is going to make a better environment for electrolysis. Just having h20 and NaCl is going to yield chlorine gas, hydrogen, and an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide producing an exothermic reaction. Trust it.

wtf are you guys talking about putting salt in your radiator? i bet thats real good for the waterpump. i put 50/50 mix in mine and its good to -40
