I know Willie from the Insight Forum (I own a 2000 Insight). Meticulous does not begin to describe his work. A few years ago he sent me the documentation he had on the project. It was many, many pages and pictures of every minute detail. He paid attention to the little things and it has rewarded him with good results. The car has been virtually trouble free for several hundred thousand miles.

It's funny, but in a way he made the electric assist of the Insight obsolete. It's there to mainly provide power so the anemic 3 cylinder can run at such lean ratios and still be acceptable, but the "power on demand" nature of the turbocharger is similar to the stock IMA. It just consumes more fuel making the power through boost rather then with the IMA.
