you could probably just cut a stamp into 1/3 and use that...since everything US is worth so much more in Canada.

serious note tho, snag the 800 number off of usps.com and ask em.

Just put it in an envelope. Shouldn't cost anymore than a couple stamps. You don't need to fill out forms to send a single letter to Canada...only turbos and tail lights.
