that's a nice house man. Congrats. Looks like you got a nice yard to play around in

The road out front looks like a nice street for some ripper vids

Nice man! I am waiting to hear back from a owner on a home right now. The wife and I want an old house to re-do, and I think we have the perfect one.

When we were looking at buying the house our realtor got a hold of the energy company and the year round average for the last 2 years was $280. Pretty much the same as the old drafty rental house we used to live in, except that house was 700sq upstairs 700sq basement.

You are out there in the middle of nowhere, so your gonna be blasted by the sun and nothing to shield you from the wind.

I do like your house though.

Also, your wife is a ricer. Sorry I had to be the one to break it down like that.

I hope your work is not too far from your house? The nearest big city looks faaarr away!

I like the house tho... For the price you paid, I wouldnt complain.

If I can find something similar when I finish school I'll be happy!

I plan on planting a fuckload of trees next summer to help with the wind situation.

Work is a 15 minute drive from my house, I'm only like 5 miles west of fargo and 2 miles north of west fargo. We used to live in a house in north fargo and the drive to work was 20 minutes.

Nice house/project. I love doing that kind of work. It is very rewarding.

That size house in my area would easily go for (or at this time, be listed at) $600-$800K depending on the exact town. Taxes I am sure could easily be $25K a year too, again depending on the town.
