Just thought I'd share. Marinated the steak for 36hrs in Jack Daniel's steak sauce. mmmmm

yeah bought it at the store. its pretty good ----. also rubbed the steak with ground pepper

i had some microwave burritos and some cheap hot sauce and a warm *** diet coke. with rum chocolate for desert. and before that i had ramon noodles for lunch.

I like to use the broiler when I cook steaks, they come out good.
They sell steaks that are "dry aged" at a local Stew Leonard's near me. I hear they are similar the Peter Lugers and Ruth Chris Steakhouse.
Never tried em' though.
