Wow that is some nice work.I bought a competition engineering 8pt roll bar kit for my CRX.They are cheap as its a u weld kit that gives you a pre bent main hoop to fit and then a universal 8pt strut kit.The whole thing was $250 CDN or about $200 US.Cant go wrong for the price and it is NHRA legal.I would imagine they make a kit for the Civic as well.Summit has good pricing on there kits.

A roll cage's purpose is to protect you from when you roll, hence it's name, but it will also stiffen your chassis.
Rabbit ----, nice work.

yes, it will, however for a track, nothing more than what I mentioned will be more than enough. unless your goin drifto or something, but for hondas...its not necessary for street use, just me $.02

I'd go full 10 pst cage, seen too many lowered Honduhs with trucks driving through the windshield and into your face.

Damn you guys do some nice work. What are you using for pipe benders for that *****? I'm thinking about the cheaper 8pt prefabbed one you guys posted-- thats a pretty good price isn't it? And junkyard racer-- how did you paint some of those cages? They look like solid units welded in there-- did you tape off the whole inside of the car or something?
