I used to be 6'0" and 205lbs now I'm 6'2" and 160. going through all the hassle to lose the weight SUCKS! But once you start losing it and feeling good about taking your shirt off to swim and the girls start lookin at you........ It's ALL Worth It!!

Yup... *URGANT UPDATE* i have lose five pound, I repeat five pounds, since last week just cutting pop.... *Thanks for listening to this urgent update*

lol, im benchin over 200 + and curlin close to 80lbs on a olympic straight bar. i only take GNC supps too.
