I used to be a fat kid too. 5'4" in like 8th grade weighing in at about 185 pounds. Now I weigh 180 and I'm 5'11" with like 10% body fat. Gotta love it when you just watch what you eat and don't drink pop. I never "dieted," I just watched what I ate (didn't have mcd's a lot, etc), ate healthier food, stopped drinking pop and started working out about 10-30 minutes a day. I usually did it before I went to sleep, made me feel better. Now I want to lose about 10 more pounds to get rid of all the fat, then I start with a Whey Protein + heavy weight excercise plan. That should be fun

Oh, and it helps to have a girlfriend who runs 5 miles every morning, sometimes she makes me come along

Bah, I am about 6'1" and I weigh about 240 lbs. The most I have weighed is 256 and in most recent years, the least I have weighed is 220. I did the atkins diet to get from 256 to 220 in about 2.5 months. I felt really good and I kept the weight off for about 1.5 years after stopping the diet. Going from regular pop to diet pop was a big help for me, but I still drink an assload of diet pop My big problem is that I am a stress eater, I get stressed and I eat junkfood, and opening a new business is pretty stressful. Not to mention that I am a lazy ****** with multiple joint problems (knees, wrists, neck, etc..) so I don't exercise much. What can ya do

How long did that take? Took me a little around a year (give or take) to gain 30lbs my first year of lifting.

i took weight gainer form GNC plus a little work out..
i went from 130 to 170 in two month. then i got scare and stopped taking it.
I dropped down to 160 and just stay there , it`s been 3 years and i am still 160

i went from 160 - 188lbs at 14% body fat...now i run 4-6km a day + gym every night and im 175 @ 8% but im way bigger than when i was 188 ...its all in the running and protein protein protein
