HMTer's I need your help
OK, so in a nutshell i was turned into collections for $20 i forgot to pay to a gym...lame. anyways, the collection people are calling me 10x a day (documneted), swearing and threating me and my family (recorded) and trying to bill me for wwaaaay more than i owe. Heres the deal, i notified the FTC, local PD and my congress man, i def have enough to take this guy to the bank, but i need you guys to give this ****** hell!

lol, nope. and those ******* willl try and make you feel like the biggest pile of ---- out there.
reminds me of when i got to Kuwait. we werent suspossed to telll anyone that we were going over because at that time bush said "if you dont turn over WMD im gonna send in my troops" anyways....we werent suspossed to tell anyone we were going that way, but we got there, woke up the next morning to everyone having a letter from the video rental place for late fees.

you guys rock. hes in florida, its an auctual collection agencey, and YES there are lawys against thatr ----, Federal Trade COmmision has l;aws, theres a bill in ohio from congressman michael oxley, and local adn state laws. When i was filing a report at the local pd, the police officer called him and the guy replied, You're not a ------- cop!" and hung up... So that was reason enough for the officer to file the report and send a copy to the FTC, i also filed with the ftc and once i hear from them, i will send copies of my recorded phone calls, which in ohio is LEGAL to record phone calls AS LONG AS ONE PERSON is aware of the recording, meaning people in the convo
