dude this keeps happening becouse you are cutting your toe to short happened to me and i had to get surgery
the podiatrist told me that when you cut your toe nails you cut them to be even with the end of the toe not a mm shorter.
hope my info helps it did for me i never had a problem again

I cut my other toe nails shorter than the end of my toe, never had any problems like that. I think it's due to bad genetics or PA-OH-IA region inbreeding. :P
