It was a bitch, I had to cut thru the two flanges that held the bolts together, then I had plenty of bolt head and thread for the 12 point socket to work.
But now I know how to do it, and should be easier next time

It fits pretty good but I had to cut a lot of the radiator panel support. The endtanks point inside or to the engine, so you can't go thru the sides. I'll take more pictures tomorrow

here we go I'm posting thumbs to maybe help on bandwidth.

Pics are big, and I have more of the intercooler if someone wants them, I'll email you. They look pretty good and maybe can be bought cheap, I got this one for $100. I had to cut a lot of metal to fit it, but it's in.
I have not been able to finish the downpipe yet, stupid work and life won't give me enough time to do ----. Good thing it's not my only car.
Here's another pic I took of the WRX

nice job man! And you did do a buncha hacking on that support

Also I dig the wrx! Looks hot! What lip is that, my cousin should get one for his 04, i like that lip. Also are those the new oem bronze/gold rims, or did you paint them? Either way looks great!

Thanks for all the comments. The rims on the wrex are the factory rims, but painted gold. Looks a lot better than silver. The lip I got of ebay, is a JUN replica, made of polyurethane, fitted good and it was only $125.

Yes, I had to hack the support, but because I didn't measure anything, I just went in with the hacksaw and cut enough to fit it, I probably could have done better and save some of the support, but whatever, it fits

I got offered 2500 by a ricer, because the engine is JDM yo!! and it's turbo. It did cost me $100, plus $100 for the engine, plus around $700 for the turbo kit. I should sell it.
