Re: HMT meet this Friday @ Cecil County
Well matt's motor isnt amazing...but who knows, considering we can't adjust the timing on it b/c of the outer part of the crank pulley being spun from the inside, it might run real crappy times.

Wait. At Cecil or Maplegrove you need a firejacket if you have a turbo? You're kidding right? That price is great too. How many runs you think you'll get in? Maplegrove that nice/cheap? I heard Cecil is a fast track compared to others.

Anyway, get some pics and vids up, and I'm suprised you're even allowed to drive that 'shee down the track. No special tires or anything? Oh, and of course, good luck and be safe to all.

Re: HMT meet this Friday @ Cecil County
My 95 LS (cat back, SR, ignition upgrade) ran the best of a 15.5 w/a wretched launch. I tried launching higher two other times, but it seems like 1k rpm would be highest that would work w/o spinning, so yeah, that was my first run ever with it at the track, and the fastest of the night...pretty sad.
Matt's best was a 15.3, but he had huge tractions problems, and then his car overheated after the last run, so yeah, it was probably running hot too with the timing being off. It should get into the 14s easily once it has a slim fan and he learns how to launch w/o spinning through 1st.
Track was ------ packed as hell. The one local said he never saw it that full. Atmosphere there is SO laid back compared to Maple Grove, I loved it. We got there at around 80 and got 3 runs in hot lapping, yeah, the staging lines were long I thought. Still worth the $12 for me.

Few pics: (very crappy to say the least)
Matt staging
Random 4-wheeler action
Looks like i'm in reverse right here since I had no idea where those staging lights were at :1
Our first run where I demolished Matt (15.5 to a 16.5)
