My son grew into the 50 in a few months. I allready took off the foot peg blocks so he rides it more comfortably now. Get it for him anyways . Leave the spark ristricter on and turn the thumb screw all the way in till it bairly moves. He will get comfortable with it and before you know it you'll be making a post about how he took off at full spead and broke his arm!! :1

Guys, his kid is 4 years old. I think anything powerd by more than a lawnmower is out of the question for a go cart.

it will only rub on the fender when your big *** rides it. it wasn't designed for a large ogre like yourself

raffi, the kid tries to grab the break handle and he looks like he's got the handlebars in a headlock.

go kart is jsut as safe if not safer than other off road things, since you can build any type of cage on it you want for safety. even ones you can take off later. that and if its too fast, you can tone them down alot with the damn throttle cable lol.

I'd like to build a yerf dog type gocart with two seats, but I don't have room to store it over the winter. I'm thinking about getting a 90cc engine/tranny off a little bike and making a mini 4 wheeler, but that's alot of time I don't have. Who fucken knows.
