wrx's have top mounts, so do pulsar gtir's. so i guess its who's who. but this was a budget build and we finished it for $360 everything, down pipe and all.

its the evaperating effect of the water that draws off the heat as it evaperates.
as long as the water is cooler than the air inside the charge pipe it will do *something* edit - i take that back, even if the water is warming i bet the evaporating effect will still cool the air
i saw a cool thing, this guys turbo dragster had a air/water setup and after he came back the water was boiling in the resevoir
