all the parts were made with fish aquarium ---- we bought them when we were getting the ---- for the check valve

yea its kinda a thing i did when i was a kid so now i eather walk around with 1/2 inch buttholes in my ears or i leave these studs in so i leave them.

but does it actually work dont know it is like 30ish degrees here, wich is obviously cooler than under the hood. so i'm thinking it has some affect....

Exactly, or switch to jewelry made of a material that doesn't react so much with your skin. Wood plugs are great for that, but they require a lot more maintenance than plastic or stainless steel. www.bmeshop.com
