ok i have a person that has a shop taht build weak sauce n/a gay hondas (person A) i tuned a car for one of his customers (person B)


person A said person B will pay you next week im like wtf. can you grantee that?

person B now not happy with tune and flaking on me

i dont want person A to pay me his own money cuz he has hooked me up with stuff before

so i try to work this out with person B myself yet he just flakes on me and dont answer his phone

A) Don't do work for anyone directly or indirectly until it's finalized on what/when payment is due.

B) Your friend A has to be a super good guy to offer to pay for the ----. A good compromise would be friend A paying for half of it, you eating the other half of it, and both of you having a reason to make the world less populated.

exactly jd i would but ****** ricer flaked on me when we where supposed to meet up to recive payment\ basically he was supoosed to pay me several days later.. :1 perty retarded im not tuning ---- with out cash in had lesson learned!!

In the automotive business you release your mechanics lien on the vehicle the instant the customer leaves with it. Bottom line, no vehicle you probably aren't getting paid. Real world common sense.

My personal ethics, if he wasn't happy and didn't want to pay then give me my tune back. No money no tune, and vice versa.
